Our main line of work consists of
producing promotional materials.
We concentrate on the quarter size (14" x 20") and
half-size (20" x 28") sheet sizes.
Typical run lengths are 50,000 or less, with the majority falling
between 1,000 and 7,500 copies. We produce difficult work in short
time spans for both small and large firms. Jobs produced range from 1
to 6+ colors. We have produced jobs with as many as 10 independent
colors. Products range from stationery to annual reports.
Account
Reps:
Getting the job done right begins with the involvement of the
account reps. We believe that our account reps are second to none when
it comes to personal handling of
projects. From the first request for estimate all the way through
delivery of the finished job, our reps will be "hands-on"
with your work.
Electronic Prepress:
Our electronic prepress area is state of the art, utilizing
one of the only true rip once output many workflows together with
digital scanning, proofing and computer to plate imaging. We have
invested heavily in sophisticated color management
systems profiling our color spaces from the computer monitor all the
way through the presses, to insure color accuracy and control at each
and every step.
Press:
The press area is equipped with one, two, five and six
color machines ranging in press sheet size from 5.5" x 8.5"
to
28" x 40". The presses are operated by professionals who
are dedicated to exceeding customer's expectations. We get the colors
right, into register and we stop for unwanted spots…a rarity in
today's "push it through as fast as possible" world.
Bindery/Finishing:
Cutting, folding and stitching are handled in-house by
people who know that the greatest of efforts in the prepress and press
areas can be miserably wasted if the job is mis-handled in final
finishing. Cross gutter lineup, bleeds on the fold, equal margins, no
cracking on the fold etc. are taken seriously here.
Delivery:
In a world dominated by just-in-time delivery and
impossible deadlines, we know our client partners don't want to hear
"we sent that with the delivery service four hours ago". We
own and operate our own delivery vehicles to insure that the product is
where it's supposed to be when it's supposed
to be.
